OUR FAVORITE CINEMATIC MOMENT
I'd like to take some time to thank someone who has helped behind the scenes with all of my videos and with generating ideas: my beautiful wife Torie. She has had a hand in several of my story-based videos, including special appearances, from the exercise tip videos to the annual Halloween series. Despite a lot of my crazy ideas, she is always willing to help and offer support. If it weren't for her creativity on several occasions, we would have never gotten the right shot. She hasn't been given the credit she deserves and I wanted to express how truly appreciative I am of her.
I also thought it would be fun to share one of our favorite video moments. While filming part four of my Heck-Of-A-Halloween series (Video link: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=RUXJ4qrF1M8), we were nearing the end of the segment. All that needed to be filmed was the scene where the shadowy figure (played by Torie) grabs me from behind and pulls me into the bathroom. I hit the record button and took my place. As the script suggested, I turned and headed toward the bed. Surprisingly, the shadowy figure (Torie) grabbed me from behind in a choke hold and pulled me back. All of a sudden we both lost our footing and fell hard onto the bathroom floor! I skinned up my elbows pretty bad and Torie fell into one of the cabinet doors under the sink. Needless to say we had to shoot the scene again, but we had a good laugh over it!
I know our best work is ahead of us and I look forward what the future brings!
